13FEB2004	Began pulling the exhaust.  The connecting pipe is rusty on the outside, but not rusted through.  The brackets holing the lower heat shield are twisting and breaking before the bolt will break.  The bolts connecting the muffler pipe to the connecting pipe are seized.

15FEB2004	Took hacksaw to connecting pipe.  Can't get a good angle on it.  Started removing the bolts from the connecting pipe.  The bolts that attach to the cat are moving, but require a lot of force.
