| 11JAN2004 | I removed the old carpet and
mat, put the new one in, put the rear speakers in place and screwed
down the trim peices in the cargo area. The sheet metal in the
cargo area has a tiny bit of surface rust, but I'm going to leave it
for now, because it isn't really enough to worry about at this point. I also installed the steering column cover and the fader joystick. I mocked up the radio and the bins, and they're going to look real nice. Whoever put the last stereo in this car, however, ripped out the wiring harness, so I'm going to need to find something so I can connect the radio. Shouldn't be a big problem, though, since I have the wiring diagrams. |

| 15JAN2004 | Started to sand the tension rods and their mounting brackets. The bead blaster isn't powerful enough with the current compressor, so I need to do as much by hand as I can. |
